Install instructions

Run:
- Download and extract your particles-x.zip
- Enter the extracted folder
- Execute partickles.exe

Requirements:
- Windows Vista or newer
- A Dual core 1.6Ghz CPU or better
- A OpenGL 2.1 capable GPU
